Thanks again. I also want to reiterate that it has been a pleasure doing business with Comfort Zone. Your price was most competitive and the work done far exceeded my expectations. Your guys were professional, personable and knowledgeable; which is more than I can say for your competition. So often you hear from friends or on the TV about people getting ripped off by contractors. Nice to know there are a few honest folks still around.

I just had a new Fujitsu Mini-Split air conditioner/heat pump system installed at my home a week ago. The Technician, Will, arrived right on time and over the next several hours did an absolutely perfect job with the installation. The quality of his work was 100% in each and every way and he was also a very pleasant and diligent guy who really seemed to care. Following the installation, the clean-up was also perfect. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with Comfort Zone and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use them for any of the many services they provide. A fine outfit with some very fine people.

I was having problems with the air conditioning on my geothermal system. Even though Comfort Zone did not install the system, Aaron sent a service rep within an hour and a half to service it. The representative (Will) was very professional, courteous, and thorough. I will not hesitate to call Comfort Zone for any
service needed for my heating & cooling system. In fact, I was so pleased with their service, I bought
their maintenance agreement. Now I have the peace of mind that my system wil be checked and maintained twice a year for only $140.00. Thanks again Aaron and Will. When I needed help, you guys came to the rescue!

Aaron has been extremely helpful. However the tests done by another contractor seems to show that we might not be able to put a geothermal pump into our house. Our well did not perform as well as hoped and physically can't be drilled deeper because of location of well. So for now it is on stand by. Rating:

A great experience - I moved into a home with an improperly functioning split system heat pump for central air and heat. I planned on 3 contractor quotes but ended up with 9. Here's why - the first quote came in at 7k, the next was 5k, which really got me wondering what a fair price was. After 6 more quotes, I was ready to go with the lowest at $3,650 (if you know what you're doing - which I don't, installation is not rocket science.) Even at $3,650 I began to wonder about the actual cost of materials being used, so I went on the internet and itemized. Surprise - I came up with a generous total of $1,700 for parts. I then did one last thing before signing any contract. I went to the Servicemagic website and asked if there was anyone out there who could do a professional install for less than $1,950. Thankfully, Aaron from Comfort Zone replied. he thought he could help me out, and he sure did. To the tune of saving me $400 off my lowest quote. He graciously answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) We spoke for the first time on a Friday and the next Wednesday the job was complete - and a great job at that. A lot of people are under the incorrect assumption that you get what you pay for - when the fact of the matter is sometimes you just get RIPPED OFF! If I had gone with some of the higher quotes and found out after the fact what a professional and reasonably priced job Comfort Zone would have done it for - I would have been "sick" for a long time. Do yourself a major favor, get a quote or two, then talk to Aaron at Comfort Zone. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
